By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products or training services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect information such as your name, email address, and payment details solely to process orders and provide training updates. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required to fulfill services or by law.
3. Refund and Return Policy
Tactical gear may be returned within 30 days of purchase if it remains in original, unused condition with all tags attached. Firearms training course fees are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future class if notice is provided 48 hours in advance. Ten32 Tactical Systems LLC reserves the right to refuse returns on items showing signs of wear or misuse.
4. Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not ship tactical gear to jurisdictions where such items are restricted by law. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations before ordering.
5. Disclaimer and Liability
Firearms training involves inherent risks. Participants assume all responsibility for any injury or damage resulting from the use of our services or products. Ten32 Tactical Systems LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from training exercises or improper gear usage.

Shipping Policy
Ten32 Tactical Systems LLC is dedicated to providing efficient shipping for our professional and civilian clients. Our shipping protocols are designed to ensure the secure and timely delivery of tactical equipment and apparel.
Order Processing: Standard orders for in-stock physical products are processed within 2-3 business days. Tactical gear requiring custom configuration or specific agency requirements may have extended lead times, which will be communicated at the time of order.
LEO & Restricted Items: Certain tactical equipment is restricted to Law Enforcement, Military, or First Responder personnel only. Shipping for these items requires verification of credentials and must be sent to a verifiable agency address or an authorized FFL where applicable by law.
Costs & Timelines: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. tracking information will be provided via email once the carrier has scanned the package.
